About Higgins Property Services

Higgins Property Services is owned and operated by Shawn and Dolly Higgins.

Shawn and Dolly have been caretaking homes in Jackson Hole since 1996 and established Higgins Property Services in 2005. Their years of service in the caretaking industry and local experience in the valley give them invaluable knowledge for both concierge and property management services. Over the years, they have acquired a strong team of sub-contractors that are able to respond quickly to day-to-day maintenance needs and immediately to emergency situations.

Dolly has had many years of experience as a concierge working with a premier destination club, VRBO and private clients. She is happy to offer her concierge skills to homeowners and their guests. Shawn's background in carpentry has proven useful over the years for troubleshooting and recognizing warning signs before emergencies erupt. Together they have gained a dependable, trustworthy, and honest reputation from all of their clients – a reputation of which they are very proud. References are available upon request.
