Through our experience, we have learned that each home is unique and requires a unique service package. We start our process with a complimentary consultation. Then we'll create a program that suits you and your home. Our service is flexible to accommodate your changing schedule as well as the change in seasons. We are always on-call to help in any way.

Our services include but are not limited to:

House Checks. Visits include a thorough walk through of the home and property, running of all faucets and flushing of all toilets, checking for any maintenance issues, inspecting heating and cooling systems, and ensuring that appliances, TV's and satellite systems are in proper running order. Additional services include:    

   • House opening and closing procedures
   • Maintain security system, act as primary contact and respond to calls
   • Mail pick-up, accept and deliver packages to your home (UPS and Fed Ex)
   • Vehicle maintenance

Exterior House Checks. In winter months, we manage snow removal for driveways, decks and walkways and we'll supervise snow loads and runoff to protect your home from potential damage. In summer months, we will maintain lawns, gardens and irrigation systems as well as report any downed trees or other potential hazards such as flooding or fire hazard.

Automatic Scheduling of Fall and Spring Maintenance. Seasonal projects include deep cleaning, window washing, irrigation system start-ups and winterization, preparing landscapes, carpet cleaning and bi-annual maintenance of heating and cooling systems.

Property Supervision.  We will ensure that subcontracted work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

   • Stock firewood
   • Moving furniture seasonally (in/out)
   • Concierge services (booking activities, etc.)
   • Vehicle airport drop and retrieval
